Topography of under-water approach: Very rocky landing at eastern end of 245m Rolling Dam Portage.

Impediments to disembarking from and/or unloading a canoe: Large/medium sized rocks.

Topography to tent sites: Rocky, rooty ground.

Campsite

Regular or low-maintenance: Regular

Size of open area: 7m x 4m.

Extent of tree cover: 0%, all tree cover is on the perimeter.

Degree of levelness: Level tent pad.

Number of tent sites: 1.

North exposure: Trees, view of river.

East exposure: View of river.

South exposure: Trees, view of river.

West exposure: Trees.

General description: A small site at the eastern end of the Rolling Dam portage. Placement for 1 tent only. A great view of river, as site is at the landing for the portage.

Overall accessibility: The landing can be a bit of a challenge because of the footing, but overall, the site is accessible.
