Topography of under-water approach: Sandy beach.

Impediments to disembarking from and/or unloading a canoe: None.

Topography leading to tent sites: A short carry across the sand up a slight rise to the site.

Campsite

Regular or low-maintenance: Regular

Size of open ground area: 7m x 7m.

Extent of tree cover: 95%.

Degree of levelness: Fairly flat site that slopes slightly to lake.

Number of tent sites: 3 tent sites.

North exposure: Trees.

East exposure: Trees.

South exposure: View of lake.

West exposure: Trees.

- Firepit and the slight drop off to the beach.

- View of the site from the path to the north shore.

- Looking from the firepit toward path to the north shore.

General description: A flat and smooth site that is on a small penninsula that could easily accomodate 3+ tents. Very well protected from the wind, with a 20m sandy beach that is exposed to the sun for the majority of the day. The portage to Perley Lake can be seen from the north shore.

Overall accessibility: Very accessible because of the shallow water and the small rise to the site is not an issue.
